Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR RI Ahmad Sahroni meminta Polda Metro Jaya bergerak cepat memberantas para mafia tanah di Jakarta. Pasalnya, aksi-aksi para mafia tanah ini mengkhawatirkan dan telah memakan banyak korban di masyarakat. Dia menyarankan agar jajaran penegak hukum bisa menjalin kerjasama agar operasi berjalan dengan efektif dan lancar.
Sahroni mengungkapkan, terdapat sejumlah warga mengadu ke Polda Metro Jaya karena telah menjadi korban mafia tanah di Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur (Jaktim). Total kerugian yang mereka alami diprediksikan mencapai Rp6 miliar. Seorang yang diadukan merupakan pria berinisial MDA. Tersangka bersama istrinya yang berprofesi notaris, diduga menggandakan sertifikat hak milik (SHM) tanah.
“Penandatanganannya, pertama, tangkap komplotannya. Dalam hal ini, polisi bisa bekerja sama dengan Kemenkumham, khususnya Dirjen AHU untuk mengungkap para notaris nakal, karena saya yakin mereka punya datanya,” ujar Sahroni dalam keterangan persnya, Rabu (26/7/2023).
Politisi Fraksi Partai NasDem ini menegaskan, Polda Metro Jaya perlu memberi perhatian khusus untuk penanganan kasus ini. “Kasus mafia tanah di Jakarta ini membuat saya risau, karena semakin lama semakin mengkhawatirkan. Karenanya saya mendorong Polda Metro Jaya untuk betul-betul memberikan atensinya dalam menangani kasus ini,” kata Sahroni.
Lebih lanjut dia meminta Polda Metro Jaya untuk mengungkap para beking dari mafia tanah ini. Dia meyakini, para mafia tanah bisa bergerak bebas karena mendapatkan dukungan dan perlindungan dari oknum-oknum terkait. “Saya juga yakin mereka punya backing yang kuat, baik itu oknum di BPN, pemerintah daerah, atau bahkan aparat sekalipun. Inilah tantangan yang harus diselesaikan oleh Pak Kapolda Metro. Tangkap para beking ini sampai ke akar-akarnya,” ucapnya.
Ke depan, Sahroni berharap Polda Metro Jaya bisa lebih baik lagi dalam memberantas mafia tanah. Bahkan Sahroni tak segan mematok target tinggi pada Polda Metro Jaya terkait penanganan kasus mafia tanah di wilayahnya. “Nanti Komisi III ingin lihat laporan kerja Polda Metro Jaya terkait penanganan kasus mafia tanah. Pastikan harus ada progres peningkatan dari waktu ke waktu,” tandas Sahroni. •ssb/aha
