Anggota Komisi III DPR RI Didik Mukrianto mengapresiasi langkah berani emak-emak menggrebek sebuah rumah yang dijadikan sarang narkoba. Kejadian tersebut dinilai menjadi teguran keras bagi aparat kepolisian, terutama dalam upaya memberantas peredaran narkoba di tengah masyarakat.
“Keberanian emak-emak masuk ke sarang narkoba karena kegeraman mereka terhadap peredaran narkoba menjadi teguran keras bagi institusi Polri. Kejadian ini menjadi pesan bahwa seharusnya Polisi bisa lebih sigap dan cepat dalam menangani laporan masyarakat,” papar Didik dalam rilis yang diterima Parlementaria, Rabu (26/7/2023).
Kejadian viral sekelompok emak-emak menggerebek sebuah bangunan yang diduga menjadi basecamp para pecandu narkoba terjadi di kawasan Payo Sigadung, Kecamatan Alam Barang, Jambi. Saat penggerebekan, emak-emak menemukan alat hisap sabu hingga uang hasil transaksi narkoba.
Penggerebekan tersebut dipicu oleh kegeraman warga sekitar dengan aktivitas transaksi narkotika di sana. Selain itu, barang perabot hingga sepeda motor milik warga kerap hilang diduga dicuri untuk membeli narkoba.
Puluhan emak-emak itu juga nekat melakukan penggerebekan karena pihak kepolisian tak kunjung menangkap para pengguna narkoba walaupun sudah dilaporkan oleh masyarakat. Didik memberi apresiasi kelompok warga Jambi itu, khususnya para emak-emak yang tidak takut menggerebek sarang narkoba demi menghentikan aktivitas terlarang tersebut.
“Kalau sampai emak-emak turun tangan, artinya memang ada kegelisahan di tengah masyarakat. Seharusnya penegak hukum lebih peka dan sensitif melihat fenomena yang meresahkan warga,” ujar Politisi dari Fraksi Partai Demokrat.
Terlepas dari langkah berani emak-emak, Didik mengingatkan seharusnya polisi sebagai pengayom masyarakat melakukan langkah antisipasi. Jika ada laporan yang masuk, polisi diminta untuk segera bertindak.
“Karena jika tidak ada tindak lanjut dari kegelisahan yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat, warga akan geram dan akhirnya main hakim sendiri. Itu perlu dihindari,” tutur Didik.
Legislator dari Dapil Jawa Timur IX ini menambahkan, Polisi sebenarnya bisa bergerak sebelum masyarakat memberi laporan. Dengan sumber daya intelijen yang memadai, kata Didik, Polisi lebih tahu mengenai aksi-aksi peredaran narkoba.
“Jangan sampai ada bola liar di masyarakat yang memunculkan anggapan bahwa aparat kepolisian menjadi beking dari aktivitas narkoba. Di video viral itu saja sudah ada ucapan yang cukup menyudutkan kepolisian karena terkesan membiarkan aktivitas peredaran narkoba,” ungkap Didik.
Di sisi lain, Komisi III DPR RI yang membidangi hukum, hak asasi manusia dan keamanan ini mendorong Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo agar menjadikan peristiwa di Jambi sebagai cambuk bagi jajarannya. Didik berharap Polisi lebih bisa diandalkan oleh masyarakat.
“Mari jadikan peristiwa ini sebagai pembelajaran. Kapolri harus tegas menginstruksikan anggotanya untuk tidak melakukan pembiaran terhadap aduan masyarakat. Selain itu, perlu sikap cepat dan responsif terkait pengungkapan kasus narkoba,” imbaunya.
Sementara kepada masyarakat, Didik mengingatkan agar berhati-hati menghadapi kejahatan narkoba. Lebih baik tidak bertindak sendiri. Alangkah baiknya, masyarakat tetap melibatkan aparat kepolisian untuk mengantisipasi kejadian yang tidak diinginkan.
“Kejadian ini juga perlu kita lihat dari sisi keselamatan. Karena potensi kekerasan dari pelaku kriminal atau pecandu narkoba bisa saja terjadi. Hal seperti ini yang perlu kita jaga bersama,” ujar Didik.
“Terlebih masyarakat umum biasanya awam pengetahuan tentang penegakan hukum. Dikhawatirkan tindakan main hakim sendiri justru akan berbalik berdampak negatif ke warga,” tambahnya.
Meski terkesan telat, Didik pun mengapresiasi tindak lanjut dari penggerebekan emak-emak di Jambi. Polisi diketahui telah mengamankan 4 orang di dua tempat berbeda yang lokasinya tidak jauh dari basecamp narkoba tersebut.
Polisi pun memastikan akan terus menyelidiki bandar yang memasok narkoba di sekitar basecamp yang digerebek emak-emak di Jambi. Buntut peristiwa ini, Polri juga mengganti Kasat Narkoba Polresta Jambi.
“Semoga kedepannya Polri bisa memaksimalkan langkah pengayoman untuk masyarakat dengan memprioritaskan aduan yang masuk, dan bergerak lebih dulu daripada warga,” ungkap Didik.
Seperti diketahui, aksi puluhan emak-emak di Kecamatan Alam Barajo, Kota Jambi menggerebek basecamp narkoba viral di media sosial. Dalam video yang beredar, terlihat sejumlah emak-emak mengobrak-abrik bangunan yang diduga menjadi tempat peredaran narkoba.
Emak-emak yang melakukan penggerebekan berteriak-teriak mempertanyakan aparat kepolisian yang tidak menindak aktivitas di lokasi itu. Beberapa pria juga terlihat kabur dari lokasi tersebut.
“Tengok ini polisi, tengok ini polisi. Pak Kapolri tengok anak buahmu… Bekingan…,” teriak seorang emak-emak. Video yang direkam emak-emak lalu menunjukkan tumpukan dus yang ada di tengah kerumunan. Dalam dus itu terdapat sejumlah bong sabu, hingga gepokan duit. “Ini hasil duit penjualan sabu,” kata perekam video tersebut. •ssb/aha
